Apple Has Created a Twitter Account to Provide Support for Apple Music Users

Apple has introduced a Twitter account to provide support to Apple Music users. But, unlike Apple Music, which is Live, Worldwide, this account, @AppleMusicHelp, is only available at limited hours in US time.


Providing support on Twitter is not easy; I hope they have lots of people manning the account. Because there are lots of problems with Apple Music.

And, by the way, I’ve already asked when we’ll see the 25,000-track limit for iTunes Match and iCloud Music Library raised to 100,000…

You know what? If you’ve had problems with Apple Music, do tweet them your questions; every one of them. They need to realize the extent of the problems.
