iOS 9 Music App to Bring Back Shuffle All Feature

Shuffle allIn iOS 8.4, Apple removed the Shuffle All feature from the Music app. I used to use this feature all the time, whenever I’d go out walking. There’s still a convoluted way you can shuffle all your songs, but it’s annoying.

The latest iOS 9 beta restores this feature. Just swipe down in any view – Artists, Albums, Songs, etc. – and tap Shuffle All.

I’m glad they’re bringing this back. I missed it, and judging from the many emails I’ve received, a lot of other users did too.

  1. Well that’s good BUT why do they not concentrate on the main issue: FIX the syncing problems that are keeping us all upset!!!

  3. Is it going to shuffle your whole library without repeats like it used to? If i leave it open where i left off i dont need the same songs popping up four or five times. This has been the most annoying change which no one seems to be talking about.
