iTunes 12: Increase the “Large” Font Size

I recently wrote about how iTunes 12 has an odd way of scaling fonts. The difference between the three font sizes available in list views – small, medium and large – is slight, and when you switch to the largest size, the line spacing is too high.

A reader posted a comment to the article linked above about how to hack these font sizes; more correctly, how to hack the large size. Read his blog post explaining how to do this.

Bear in mind that this involves altering a .plist file, and you’ll have to make the change again after each update. But if, like me, you’re irked by the large font size, you might want to try this. Make sure to back up the .plist file before you change anything.
