I was inspired by a post today on the Open Culture website which pointed out that you can listen to three albums of Jack Kerouac reading from his works on Spotify. Well, I don’t use Spotify, and I checked on Apple Music to see what they have.
This link should take you to the Jack Kerouac artist page in Apple Music. from there, you can listen to the above albums, and add them to your music library, if you use Apple Music and iCloud Music Library. Kerouac’s readings are very interesting if you like his stuff. The Poetry for the Beat Generation recording, with Steve Allen improvising on piano, is especially interesting for the way the music and poetry combine. (Yes, that’s the Steve Allen who used to have a talk show on TV in the US.)
