I have something to do with the previous certificate being cached on some computers. If you go through the process of accepting to visit the site, it should resolve.

Verified. “http//” is fine, “https://” is not, even on a computer that has never accessed the site before. (caching). The link in your weekly email notification is “https://”. Chances are your loyal visitors are likely going to get the security warning if following the link in the email.
